Overview

Lake Havasu City Library – America 250 Celebration

Celebrate with the Lake Havasu City Library during this special evening featuring a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, exhibit dedication, historical displays, family activities and more.

Explore “Flags: Symbols of the American Revolution,” with guided tours of historic American flags, and join us for the official Lake Havasu unveiling of the Charters of Freedom — stainless-steel replicas of the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence.

The evening will also include America 250-themed 9-hole miniature golf, a children’s craft session, a teen gaming tournament and Library Card Sign-Up Month. If you don’t have a library card, stop by and sign up for your free card!

All library programs are free and open to the public. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Light refreshments will be provided courtesy of the Lake Havasu Friends of the Library, while supplies last.
