Passport & Pairings: Italian Wine & Pairing Experience

Join us for the first evening in Foundry’s new monthly wine and food series—an intimate, self-guided tasting experience hosted inside our private upstairs speakeasy.

• Three 2-ounce Italian wine pours
• Three substantial bites, each thoughtfully paired with a featured wine
• A printed tasting and pairing guide
• Casual tableside insight from Foundry’s resident sommelier
• Your first stamp in our new wine passport program

This is not a formal wine class or traditional wine dinner. Arrive during your selected reservation time, settle in, and enjoy each pairing at your own pace.
Featured wines will also be available for purchase by the glass or bottle after the tasting.

Reservation times available from 4:00–8:00 PM

Limited to 24 guests
Tickets: $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity

Advance prepaid reservations are required. Tickets are nonrefundable, but reservations may be transferred to the following month’s experience with advance notice and subject to availability.
The experience is hosted in our upstairs speakeasy. Downstairs accommodations may be arranged in advance for guests who are unable to use the stairs.
