London Bridge Days Parade

Each October, the London Bridge Days Parade marches through Downtown Lake Havasu City.
Now in its 55th year, the parade is the city’s longest-running local celebration. Floats, marching bands, classic cars, motorcycles, dance teams, first responders, equestrian groups, and plenty of local businesses and nonprofits are part of the lineup, so there's a lot to see!
About London Bridge Days Parade
The inaugural London Bridge Days Parade was held on October 10, 1971, commemorating the rededication of the London Bridge at its new home in Lake Havasu City. It is estimated that roughly 50,000 people attended, gathering along the Bridgewater Channel to watch an aerobatic show, the dedication ceremony, and the very first London Bridge Parade, a procession that included 3,500 participants and stretched for nearly a mile.
Today, attendees can enjoy dozens of decorated floats, marching bands, classic cars, dance teams, walking groups, equestrian groups, and local organizations taking part in the celebration.

2026 Theme - Bridging 55 Years
In 2026, every parade entry will help bring a piece of Havasu's history to life. Participants will be dressed as their favorite generation or decade, floats will be designed around a milestone from the city's past, and there will be many other creative ways the parade honors our community.

- Arrive Early - This is one of Havasu's most popular events, so get there early to claim a great spot along the route.
- Bring Seating - A picnic blanket or folding chairs will keep you comfortable.
- Pack Snacks & Water - The parade lasts a few hours, so bring snacks and plenty of water.
- Wear Sun Protection - Protect yourself from the desert sun with hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- Capture the Moment - Bring your phone or camera to take photos of your favorite parade highlights.
- Leave Pets at Home - There may be animals participating in the parade, but the crowds and noise aren't for every pet. We recommended leaving them at home during the parade.
