Go Lake Havasu provides sponsorship opportunities to events that attract visitors from outside the region and serve as a strategic marketing vehicle for promoting the destination. This program is designed to enhance the economic impact of events, drive overnight stays, and increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships.

Premier Event Sponsorship ($15,000 - $30,000)
Criteria:
• 5,000+ out-of-region attendees
• High-profile regional or national event
• Extensive media reach & marketing integration
• Direct economic impact of $500,000+
Benefits:
• Official "Presented by Lake Havasu City Office of Tourism" status

Application Process
Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event.
Proposal Requirements:
• Event overview, history, and marketing strategy
• Estimated attendance and out-of-town visitor projections
• Sponsorship deliverables and promotional opportunities
• Requested funding amount and budget breakdown
• Post-event reporting commitment
• Evaluation & Approval: A selection committee will review applications based on eligibility, impact, and brand alignment.
Sponsorship Deliverables & Expectations
• Marketing Exposure: Sponsored events must provide:
• Logo inclusion on event marketing materials (print, digital, social media)
• Website and social media collaboration with LHCOT
• On-site branding and promotional opportunities
• Media coverage and influencer partnerships
Post-Event Reporting: Within 30 days after the event, organizers must submit a report detailing:
• Attendance numbers (with visitor origin data)
