Swansea Townsite

Swansea Townsite, once a booming mining town, is now one of Arizona's most visited ghost towns and now a popular OHV riding area with designated trails for all types of OHVs. The trails are mostly dirt roads with some rocky sections and sand washes, and route finding is generally easy. Picnic facilities and camping are available. The area is best accessed from fall to spring to avoid the harsh summer temperatures. It's advised to always check weather forecasts and road conditions before riding to avoid potential flash flooding.
