Itinerary

Afternoon arrival
4:00 PM                   1½ hr. tour to Copper Canyon with Bluewater Jet Boat Tours
                                  Dinner
                                  Overnight

8:30 to 10:30 AM    Morning at the Balloon Festival
11:00 AM                 London Bridge Tour at Visitors Center
                                    (Monday through Saturday, no Sunday tour)
12:00 to 2:00 PM     Lunch and free time 
2:00 PM                   Back to Balloon Festival for afternoon launch, dinner, and after glow
                                  Overnight

For Tour Operators who want VIP access to the festival, the Balloon Fest will provide:

A special greeter will meet the buses and provide tickets and escort on the grounds
A drop off point for buses to unload their passengers within a very short walking distance of the Gondola Club and their dedicated VIP area on the Balloon field
Admission tickets, valid during all Festival days
VIP single session evening tickets, redeemable either night of their stay for one dinner (in total) in the Gondola Club Hospitality Tent. This ticket allows for unlimited tent entry during the entire Festival. 
An exclusive Tour Group VIP area with prime seating for 120 visitors (fenced in) on the Balloon Field
Free admission and VIP tickets for one driver and one guide per Tour Bus
3-Bench golf cart shuttles are provided for the general public; a close-by stop is planned for Tour Group visitors wanting to visit the Festival and Fair section of our event.
Special VIP Tour Group per person price for the balloon festival portion above: $ 60 (app. 30% discount)

Tour Operators who do not want VIP access, may purchase regular admission wristbands for $7.00 each and are good for the entire festival. Food vendors are available at the festival.

Hot Air Balloon rides and tethered rides are scheduled on site and are dependent on wind conditions.

This tour is very flexible because it is dependent upon the weather. If the group wishes to go straight to the festival upon arrival, the admission ticket is good for the entire festival.
