It’s time once again to kick off the 4th Annual Full Throttle Harley Days! Only 130 tickets will be sold at this event where London Bridge Rotary Foundation of Lake Havasu City will be offering a new 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle as the Grand Raffle Prize.
