Whether you are looking for lakeside tent camping, beach camping, remote desert camping, or the amenities of a supervised campground, you will find it in Lake Havasu.
HIKING - What is a camping trip without a scenic hike? See the desert rich with life and take in stunning views, all while staying moments away from the city's amenities. Lake Havasu abounds with hiking and walking trails! Trails that will take you through the desert washes or up the mountains for a breathtaking view of the lake below.

| BLM SHORELINE CAMPS |
- 105 shoreline camps are available along the Arizona side of Lake Havasu, from Lake Havasu City south to the Parker Dam.
- Most sites have a picnic table, shade ramada, barbeque grill, pit toilet, and trash can.
- The camps are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The user fee for these camps is $10 day use per site + $10 overnight per site.
- Fees are for up to six (6) people, with a $2 fee for each additional person.
- Overnight fee paid is good until 9 a.m. the following day.
- Directions: These sites are only accessible by watercraft.
- Launch Ramps Available: Take-Off Point and Havasu Springs Resort, near Parker Dam off Highway 95, on the south end of the lake; Cattail Cove State Park, nine miles south of Lake Havasu City; near the London Bridge, at Windsor Beach State Park and other marina and campgrounds in Lake Havasu City.

- There are boating, fishing, camping, and other facilities available on the Chemehuevi Indian Reservation.
- Permits are required.

- Directions: On the California side, drive between Needles and Vidal Junction on Highway 95 and take Seventeen Mile Road east to Lake Havasu.
- From the Arizona side, a water taxi is available in the London Bridge Village in Lake Havasu City.

- This picturesque park provides scenic respite, mountain hikes, a desert escape and fun-filled water adventure. The nearby River Island Unit, about one mile north, is ideal for tent campers. It offers a ramada with campfire ring, which may be reserved for group use (fee required) except on holiday weekends. A sandy beach, cove, and boat launch area are also located at the River Island Unit.

- The Colorado River Indian Reservation is just east of Parker and archaeological sites are scattered up and down Arizona's "west coast." Parker Dam, the world's deepest dam, is located approximately five miles to the north on Highway 95. About 25 miles north is Lake Havasu City, home of the famous London Bridge. This 1,677-acre park has been operated by Arizona.
